We'll collaborate on a formal design plan to achieve this aesthetic, including the color palette, floral design, rental selections, lighting enhancements, stationery, and textures. Six months before the event, we'll showcase a curated table mock-up to bring the design elements to life.

A comprehensive timeline will be created three months before the event to guide all logistics. During the month of the wedding, our clients receive additional detailed timelines and helpful checklists to streamline the final weeks leading up to the event.

When the wedding weekend arrives, Urban Soirée remains on-site for the entire duration—from the rehearsal dinner and welcome events to the wedding day and farewell brunch. On the wedding day, our team checks in with hair and makeup, greets the vendor team, oversees set-up, assists with transportation, manages the ceremony and reception, and organizes a special send-off moment for the couple.

The process begins by establishing the event framework, including location, budget, guest count, accommodations, and a curated vendor team. This phase also includes the early stages of event design with inspiration sourcing and mood board creative direction.
