We truly have our client's best interests in mind and will provide you with exceptional customer service, so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy this special time in your lives. our process

We break down the planning experience into four easy phases:

PLANNING

We begin the planning process by laying out the ground work, which involves creating an in-depth budget, setting up your planning checklist, sourcing quality vendors, arranging for room blocks and assisting with building your wedding website. 

DESIGN

Now the fun begins, once your vendors are secured -- we will pull together all your pretty details and curate a formal design plan that includes your final color palette and textures, floral design, rental selections, lighting enhancements, stationery details and so much more.

COORDINATION

Starting 3 months out, we will narrow down your formal wedding timeline and begin to firm up all the loose details. We will then connect with vendors 6 weeks out and coordinate final vendor logistics. The month of the wedding, we will send along a final hair & makeup schedule, bridal party timeline, and a final payment list to help with the weeks leading up to the wedding!

MANAGEMENT

Your big day is finally here! Sit back and relax, our team will manage the entire wedding weekend from your ceremony rehearsal to the full wedding day. We are on site to check in with you at hair and makeup, greet vendors and oversee setup, assist with transportation and manage the flow of the entire evening with your vendor team.
