Tina + Myles’ Classic Autumn Wedding at Holy Cross

Deciding on a wedding location is no easy task, but Tina and Myles ultimately chose a place close to their heart. They decided to go back to the spot where it all began, and lucky for them that spot just so happened to be the beautiful College of Holy Cross.

Holy Cross in the fall made an absolutely stunning backdrop to their wedding day, with leafy trees and ivy-covered facades all throughout the campus. And while it was easy to get caught up in the beauty of the setting, nothing (and I do mean nothing) outshined the love between the bride and groom on that special day.

Tina and Myles live in New York City and had to plan from afar, but it was such a joy to come alongside both them and their families throughout the entire process. We started with a decidedly autumn wedding palette filled with rich tones of wine and burgundy, balanced with touches of ivory, green and gold. We knew that palette would be lovely on its own, but when set against the vivid green across campus we’d have a striking combination.

In line with our color tones, the bridesmaids wore a cranberry colored BHLDN dress, and each carried a bouquet made up of dahlias, hydrangeas, and seeded eucalyptus. Tina wore a backless, beaded Pronovias gown that took Myles breath away during their pre-ceremony first look.

Following their ceremony in St. Joseph's Chapel, guests were invited up the hill to Hogan Center, but Tina and Myles made sure it was no ordinary reception. We planned an evening to remember with live music from Hip Pocket Orchestra, a choreographed first dance by the couple, and an impressive array of sweets for guests to enjoy throughout the night.

To cap off the wedding festivities, these two headed to Africa for an amazing honeymoon adventure!
